Probably not, but they might poke fun at you for misspelling 'banana'.

They have gone after people called 'Apple' (I think), or for having a logo similar to theirs. But they aren't the only ones that do it. I recall reading that Sony Ericcson went after Clear Channel for having a similar logo.
