I heard a couple people say that they keep the iPad 2 around for the education market. But I would have figured them to call it the ePad or something, or hide it behind the education store in that case.

Hmm... $399 for new iPad Mini. That almost makes it worth going to the full size instead.

Hmmmm...I never liked the iPad for it's form factor and bezel. It'll be interesting to see how the iPad Air feels in my hand. The iPad Mini felt so much better.

Wow really? $329 was pretty...reasonable. $250 would have been better, but at least at $329 you felt it was like "iPod Touch or iPad Mini"...

I figured the iPad 4 would take over the iPad2's place. Or at least drop the price of the iPad2. $399 is steep.

Nah.

Do you have any idea how many hundreds of thousands of dollars my employer has spent on iPad 2 / 30-pin Dock connector accessories?

iPad 2 or bust.

A pricedrop would have been nice though.

A full-sized iPad at 1 pound is absolutely, mindblowingly insane.

I was expecting 1.1 lb (500g) with A7X, but honestly, I think for most 1lb + A7 is a better compromise.
