I don't think the iPhone is truly ready for the corporate world. They'll need remote management capabilities that RIM and Windows Mobile (not sure about WP7) currently has. Things like remote installation and wiping of data and apps and more robust corporate email and messaging.
RIM does have to watch out though. The iPhone was, in all honesty, a joke at email when it first came out. While the situation has been improved by a lot it's still not up to the standards of RIM. The thing is both the iPhone and Android are steadily improving. Maybe not at a fast pace but each successive iteration of the iOS and Android brings them closer and closer to being a viable solution.
This is also why Nokia has to be careful. They're still on top of the cell phone ladder but every year you seem to see a few more percentage points falling off of their lead.
If its on an Exchange server then remote wipe has been available for a few years. In fact I use it at work on ANY phone connected to my server. Android, ios, I dont judge, I wipe em all!
