just checked dell's website, 2005FPw has been pushed down to $750 and now with a discount, its $675

Must be a PDA or something, there is no way apple can sell a full working mac this cheap unless it's using an old G3 cpu.

I would kind of like a mac, but their idiosyncracies drive me crazy: why can't you easily change the hard drive out of a iBook, when you can do so with every pc laptop? If this thing looks good, like a cube or something and has easily changed drives *maybe* I'll pick one up. But I really expect them to do something really stupid with it.

I really, really hope it's another cube design, man the G4 Cube was a cool looking computer. I'll buy one if it is. The old G4 Cubes go for at least that much on eBay.
