Apple Ipod Nano 4Gen Vs Other PMP's

Guys can you tell me what the difference in Apple Ipod Nano 4th Generation & other players in terms of file transfer & usage & what problems can an average user can face in Nano.

& hows the audio quality of the ipod in comparison with these players.

You can use other software to transfer files. Not sure about the sound quality but the newest sony looks great with the OLED screen. Yes it can play VBR.
