I would mostly use it in my car, no need for another FM tuner there. But yeah It would be nice for them to of included one.

Definitely. Seems that Apple would be able to act on that trend, especially since it's an inexpensive feature.

Seriously if Apple started including a built in FM tuner (which didn't suck) I'd turn into the anti-Gurck and buy an iPod Nano. I love iTunes. All they need to do is include a freakin' FM tuner and I'd $#@! my boxers.

My wife and I each bought a Creative MuVo 512MB's for $49.99 @ Fry's B&M AR, I'd like to see Apple beat that!

I bought my 20gig iRiver mainly coz it had FM... after two years, I realize that I rarely use the FM thing (except at airports during transit, to get an idea of the local music).

Well, it's kinda hard to run out of things to listen to on a 20gig player.

My guess, since SD/MMC are not Apple's propriatory standards. If Stevie J can't make a buck, he won't back it up.

I wouldn't even want one of those for $100. 1GB is nothing.

most people don't mind just having a few albums. Not everybody wants their whole damn library available at any time. I do, but most people don't.

I can fill a 2GB Nano easy; 4GB is a little harder. 1GB is too small, but Apple is obviously trying to woo the [few] people who haven't bought an iPod. The Nano from a design standpoint is a big winner.

when you have other content besides music (talks shows and comedy for me), it fills up rather fast. i notice it keeps me out on the track longer when i listen to talk stuff (although it does have to be interesting or funny to keep me out there)
