this cnn article is redic. I mean apple lost their hold on the pc business years ago and the same will happen with their un-patentable ipod product. their technology on the ipod has not been innovative from gen 2 on. i guess the ipod u2 was great!! LOL

I'd buy an ipod video if I didn't already have an mp3 player. I don't even care about the video part of it, the thing is so small and looks so sick.

Apples are taking over?? The Red Delicious variety or Macintosh? LOL. Seriously, they are totally dominating the digital music area. No doubt. I am considing a iPod Mini for myself or one of the nice Jet Audios.

I would not get an Ipod unless they played gaplessly. But I am apparently not normal.

I dislike the iTunes interface for playing music.
I dislike any form of music library for managin my music.
I dislike having to use such programs to transfer my music to my DAP.

The first two most people could not fathom why I dislike, as most people find it easier, and the third most people just don't get, because they're used to it.

IMO, the article is typical Ipod hype.

I'm a very happy Powerbook user. I've owned many PC's, desktops and laptops, but my Powerbook is by far my favorite computer I've ever owned. 🙂
