i don't know, now that microsoft owns a huge chunk of apple, and they're featuring a product designed to help promote one of the most evil corporate organizations in the nation, the 1984 ad doesn't have quite the same ring.

Communist / socialist symbolism (really!) -- hammers and sickles were weapons of the workers, who had to fight with their tools since they had no guns or swords. Look up the flag of the USSR.

Sine when does Microsoft own a huge part of Apple? For some reason this doesn't seem right to me.
 
For all you who are interested in the bill gates/apple story, you should definitely watch "Pirates of the Silicon Valley." I think it was a TBS special.... it was very interesting.
 
That's cool. Anyone got the MOV? They did something to make it not appear in my Temporary Internet Files folder.
