Apple Developer Discount Versus Student Discount?

So I am thinking about getting a new Mac Book Pro when they come out (tomorrow hopefully!)

I was wondering what you all suggest to use? I am currently in my last semester in undergraduate university so I could either use a student discount or the Apple Developer Network student discount (the one you pay 99 USD to get into).

It seems the ADN is cheaper by 100 dollars (its a 400 dollar discount - 99 for the program fee) versus the 200 dollar student discount. Does anyone have any thoughts on which I should do?

Don't you get a free iPod and printer if you use a student discount at the Apple stores?

No you do not get a free iPod but you do get a free $100 rebate for a printer. The iPod is only during the summer break.

I would go with the Developer Discount. It's a bigger discount.

Does the ADC not qualify for the printer rebate?

I went for developer. Now they just need to release the mbp. Worth noting that the dev discount scales. It's 500 off the middle mbp and like 560 off the 17. No printer rebate with ADC.

ADC also ships you another copy of OSX. I sold mine for $100 which made up the cost of the fee.
