FIOS has no caps. I am 35/35 and routinely get 47 down.

No I'm talking about wireless caps which is why I said you'd need to be in range of wifi.

I'm fine with that. Wireless TV is meant to be used in the home anyways. I don't plan on picking up a pad that locks you into a 3G plan. When a decent wifi only one comes out I'll pick that one up. Hopefully Motorola/FIOS' pad will offer a wifi only version.
