Worse, you have to get gas from AT&T. Except they are not in the gas business. So you buy a new one when you run out of gas.

PS, the same kid that unlocked the iPhone will unlock this too, thus saving the planet from having to deal with tons of iCAR that have no gas.

Just as the iPhone does not have a qwerty keyboard; The iCAR won't have a conventional steering wheel, Instead it will have an annoying touch screen steering interface.
