Apple 20" widescreen with PC

Has anyone tried the Apple 20" widescreen display? I saw the LCD and the picture quality looks pretty amazing. I'm thinking of getting it for my PC, but I heard you can't adjust the contrast ratio or other settings if you use a PC. You can only adjust the brightness. What do you guys think? I have an ATI x800 card. Do you guys know if that would display the resolution 1680 x 1050?
 
a friend in alaska just got one. he thinks it's the best thing since spring break in florida and bikini's. 😛
 
you should get the dell 2005fpw as it's designed to be used with a pc and is cheaper (around 550 for one off ebay). An x800 would display that resoulution fine in alot of games, alothough you might have to turn down the graphics or resoulution in games like doom 3.
