Apparently it is irresponsible to rewrite history on how a war began.

My favorite part:

While it?s perfectly legitimate to criticize my decision or the conduct of the war, it is deeply irresponsible to rewrite the history of how that war began.

Who is trying to rewrite it again? You mean we didn't go in there for WMDs?

We went there because thats where Al-Qaeda was?
Uh...
We went there because Saddam was aiding Al-Qaeda?
Uh....
We went there because Saddam was involved with 9-11?
Uh....
We went there because of oil?
Darn, I can't dispute this one.

I'm pro war and pro defense of America, but the facts are very clear. The intelligence was borked and the reasons we were sold on were fabrications and deserve to be looked at in deeper detail. Now if Bush came out and said he wanted to rid the world of the tyrant and wanted to establish a US presence in the Middle East to disrupt the Al Queda networks, more Americans would have supported this war.

Doubtfully, they would have told him to F'off. I don't see how that would have been in the National interest of the US. Aftgan one thing, Iraq another.

Did anyone hear Dum-Dum give that speach? He was lying so much that even he knew his own words were absurd; he could barely read the words off the paper. What a complete disaster.
