We have no shortage of wild pig on the main Hawaiian Islands. Wild pig is mmmmm-mmmm gooooood. Fun hunting them and fun eating them. Hog heaven in Hawaii. Wild pig smoked bacon using guava wood instead of hickory or mesquite. You guys don't know what you're missing. Sprinkle some brown sugar on the bacon just before the turnover and caramalize crispy brown, eggs, hash brown, side of flapjacks and a cup of joe. *sigh*
 
Alas, our favorite source of pig has apparently closed its doors forever. 🙁
