God, I love the internet. that is some awesome shit right there.

(Yes I googled, no we don't get this kind of American news in the UK much)

The old man who made the prediction seems to be in hiding, as I don't believe he's been found yet.

Also, can you make one fucking post where you don't remind us you're from another country? That sentence was completely unnecessary and nobody gives a shit. We get it, you're English... put it in your sig or something and leave it at that.

Doomsday predictions are almost as old as humanity itself, so the only thing you can really deposit in the bank is the fact that more of these predictions will come in the future... forever.

...
Judgment Day has come and passed, but it was a spiritual judgment on the world," he explains. "There is no more salvation. Salvation is over with. The fact is we have 153 days, and on the 21st of October, the world will end.
Wow... 🙄
"The world did end. This is the new world that God created, and he made it to look and feel exactly the same as the old one."

Good signs. 😀

Before May 21, many believers quit their jobs, left their families and gave their savings to Family Radio, which then sent out caravans and put up billboards announcing the end.
That's just a special kind of Stupid, the kind that should be on display in a museum.

"I don't know where we went wrong other than that we obviously don't understand the Scriptures in the way that we should," [Tom Evans, board member of Family Radio] says.
Infallible. Proof.
"That's so plausible I can't believe it!"

Hey everyone, I figured out what they did wrong, and the REAL date of the rapture is going to be June 14, 2014. You can just paypal all your savings to me so I can get started with the massive advertising campaign.
