Yeah kinda. If you are witness the numerous evolution/religous threads that pop up every other day.There is always someone saying "Evolution is a theory....." which is just them showing ignorance of the scientific method.

Yeah! And stop teaching the theory of relativity too!!! Come to think of it, I spent a year of college learning music theory...WTH were they teaching me????!!!!!

Anyway, this isn't an evolution debate thread, this is a "Huh...they found a common ansestor between apes and humans" thread.
 
all i can say is.... Finally! Evolution is so much more than a theory, and thank god for researchers to prove this fact to the dense.

Edit: Haha, a "Thank god" comment in a pro-evolution post!

Evolution is a fact and a theory. The fact is that it occurs, the theory is how it occurs and is the only thing under debate in modern science.

Let's not forget the theory of electricity we all love. Oh and the gravity theory and the atomic structure theory.
