Microcenter has a great deal on this UPS (rated at 725VA, 450W) for $49.44. The normal Microcenter price is $114. Price is same instore and online. Most others are carrying this model for at least $99!

The best deal comes if you have a B&M near you because shipping is high due to the weight (16+lbs).

EDIT: It looks like the price still stands for this item. (Orig: I was told the deal goes until the 15th.)
I just picked up two of these babies for $103 out the door. They had more than 30 in-stock at the B&M in Marietta, GA.

Even the 50% off Belkin deals can't touch this, not for 725VA.

Wow, even office max has this for $150! Ouch, low reseller rating.... I don't think I am going to touch that.

I can't speak for the online purchasing, but I buy most of my stuff there.... they have great prices, quick lines, and easy returns (if you live close by).

Ouch is right. Horrible ratings. Nice deal, sorry it has to be with them though.

I bought this like a month ago, they had a huge pile of them near the front door. Great deal!!

I've never purchased anything from Microcenter online but I love the B&M store. Great prices and a much better selection than any other electronics stores around here (I go to the one in Fairfax, VA).

I have never used their online purchasing option since I live just 10 minutes away.

Their B&M stores are well stocked with competitive prices and knowledgable staff. I have called ahead many times to see if something was in stock and they always knew what I was talking about and could answer my questions. The reseller rating is mostly based on poor experiences with their online purchasing.

I did have a prefice in my post that this was a great deal if you could go to the B&M because shipping is a problem with this item, it weighs almost as much as a monitor!

Agreed. Their in-store experience is definitely better than their online experience.

Anyone know a store that is selling the 725VA for $150? I was thinking this would be a good opportunity to buy it at the more expensive store, then do a price match to pick up the extra 10% difference. However, Staples, OfficeMax, Best Buy, and Circuit City all have it for $100 (I think at one store it might have been $104). That only gives an extra $5 savings (10% of $100-$50).

I just successfully pricematch with Staples for $43.92, $47.32 with tax. I have the Microcenter locally to me. But if you don't they will charge you shipping. I am getting the unit Monday, March 15.

Um, this may be a newbie question, but will this be able to run 2 PCs without monitors?

of course, but u shorten the battery life in half, since u split it among 2. how long is the the battery of the 725VA rated @ for 1 computer + no monitor?

Big YMMV here, but I was just able to get this sucker for $24.22 from Staples. I bought online and applied the $20 off $100 coupon. My total came to $99.74 w/ tax. I then called in, held forever, and asked for a PM to the Microcenter price. The CSR credited me $75.72, bringing my after tax-and-delivery total to only $24.22. Needless to say, I'm pretty darn happy!

I bought 2 of these locally over Christmas for the $49.44. I have seen them at this price one other time since. When I bought mine, they had a HUGE stack of them by the customer service area. It looks like they bought up some stock from someone.

Microcenter is great to deal with for in-store. They used to even accept returned software. Don't know if they still do this or not though. I haven't done any online shopping with them, but I would suspect that they are no better than any chain store. I bet if you were to look up Best Buy or Circuit City, their reseller ratings wouldn't be too hot either. They do a lot more business though than even big online vendors such as New Egg, so you kind of get lost in the shuffle.

Got my unit today. Seems to work well. The size and shape is perfect right on my subwoofer. You have to plug the red wire in before using.

Got mine yesterday - finally no more annoying UPS beep when I turn my TV on. The wiring in my apartment is a little shady, and my older APC BackUPS was always quick to beep everytime someone would turn something on. This new guy just does his job and keeps quiet about it till the power is actually out.
