apartment utilities?

i rent a condo from a private owner, and all utilities are included in the rental fee (Gas, Electricity, Water, and Cable). Only thing I have to pay for is internet. And we may get a dish cause the free cable sucks. It's not that it's a low package, its just the company.

1-bedroom apartment in Memphis, TN. Central Heat & Air.

Utilities cost ~100$ a month, on average. A little more in the winter.

am i missing anything?

Oh, we don't have a landline, and the garbage/sewer stuff is all part of the condo fee that the condo owner pays.

We only pay for electricity and cable internet/tv.

We don't have a landline, so no phone bill. We get by with our cell phones and SkypeIn/SkypeOut.

water / sewer / garbage - most apartments pay this for you

In school with four other guys, it was usually around a hundred or so a piece, a little more in the winter, especially at our last house cause it was fvckin oil heat.
