Apache issue (can't list files in dir)

I think this is in the http.conf but I can't seem to figure it out.

I'm on opensuse 11.4. I put a test index.html in /srv/www/htdocs/index.html and it works.

but now i want to list files in a dir in /srv/www/htdocs/FOLDER/FILES IN HERE.

When I do that, it gives me a 403 forbidden. I setup up permissions like the index.html file and it still does it?

Any ideas?
