Apache error log

I noticed this error in one of my Apache logs -
File does not exist: .../public_html/humans.txt

Is it SkyNet?

Looks like a file included with Foundation 4. Someone or something is sniffing to see if it's installed.

lol - didn't know it had a purpose

Just thought it was neat to see that in the error logs
as opposed to some bot pulling down robots.txt
