Just received this RAM. It has the same chips as the chips on Mushkin's High Perf REV2 PC133 222 SDRAM. V54C365804VCT7. Price has dropped to $66 too.

I just got my Myaopen stick today. It is not (unlike my other Apacer memory from computer-show.com) Infineon RAM, but it is not the dreaded IBM RAM either (see the previous thread on this). It is labeled as CAS 2 PC133, but it seems to run happily at 124 MHz at 2/2/2 (as high as I can get my P3-600E to run stably). I am happy for the money.

I'm building a Duron 700mhz system, with a MSI Pro 2 MB (waiting for the release). Will this memory work?

I can't tell (though I am not the RAM guru many people here seem to be). They have a strange logo on them that is like a 4 x 4 grid of dots with a curved line around it (that is the best I can recall; the RAM is already in my machine at home). In an earlier post, Firelong claimed they are the same as the budget Mushkin RAM, which may be true; I would not know.

Tee_Edwards,
is it 9 dots with 3/4 circle??

9 dots with 3/4 circle is the one used in
128MB Mushkin High Perf REV2 PC133 222 $ 139

Is this chip a taiwan brand produced in taiwan?

Isn't Mushkin over-priced?

How higher perf is this Mushkin than Crucial pc133 7.5ns cl2 for $86?

King:

Yes, that is the logo. I did not notice where it was made. As I said before, I am not a memory guru, but this stuff seems OK at CAS 2 at 133, which I think makes it a pretty good deal. No idea how it compares to Mushkin or the Crucial to which you refer.

It's down to $65 now. Guys is this as good as Crucial or not?
Does it depend on what they ship as there are no specs on their website?

Computer-Show's Apacer 133 128 meg is now IBM chips. The Apcer 256 from Computer Show is Micron. I have a stick of the Apacer with Infineon and run it at 3,2,2 at 140 mhz. I paid $105 shipped back in April from computer-show.

Help I'd like to order but I'd like to know! Someone stated earlier that there could be problems with some boards,I'm building a Duron 700mhz system, with a MSI Pro 2 MB (waiting for the release). Will this memory work?
