Micro Center has this Video card for $109.00 and after the rebate, the card costs $59.95. I am a Newbie building my first computer. This card is a nvidia GeForce2 high performance 256-Bit 3D/20 Video Accelerator. Would I better off just spending the extra money and get a Radeon Video card or another name brand card. I not into gaming that much, but will play games sometimes. Any comments would be appreciated.

No, stay away from the MX200 at all cost if you are a gammer, or part time gammer. The VisionTek Geforce2 at Newegg for $65.00 is a by far better deal than that.

Pass on it.
The MX200 is the very low end of the GF2 series. It barely manages to match up to the old TNT2 Ultra/V3 3000/3500 in performance.
There are much better cards in almost all respects for equivalent pricing.

newegg has GTS-V for $70 shipped,
$60 for a MX, and it's even not MX400, not regular MX, but MX200, what a joke!
