Tried remove everything but the cpu and the mems but it´s the same thing.

First idea: could your CPU heatsink be reversed 180°? That would cause a very rapid thermal spike and cause the board to cut power to the CPU. The heatsink has a step cut into the base: picture The step must be at the end of the heatsink that the CPU doesn't cover, the plastic part. I've seen some recent retail AMD heatsinks with a copper heatspreader plate screwed to the base... same concept applies.

If you have a heatsink that comes disassembled, you could get the heatsink on right but reverse the clip, resulting in a similar issue.

Another possibility is that the CPU-fan header on the motherboard isn't picking up an RPM signal, which I'll check into. What kind of heatsink/fan combo do you have there? Stock AMD one, or ???.

A look through the manual doesn't reveal any SOYO-esque setup where the board won't run without RPM signal on the CPU-fan header, so I doubt it's that. Pretty groovy manual, by the way 😀 Good luck, I hope something comes to light for you 🙂

thank goodness for these newer amd boards with thermal monitoring

You got that right. I cringed when I read his post above. 😀 That would have been a dead CPU not long ago.
