Saw this over at Postdeals.net. $75 20x burner $9 shipping. Also comes with Nero.

Postdeals also found this DVD with CD-RW built in for $99 at PC Liquidators 4X4X4X24 CD-RW/DVD-ROM if you only have one bay.

It has Justlink which is Yamaha's version of burnproof. Here is a review of the drive. Just ordered it from them for 83.95 shipped. Unfortunately, don't know what kind of stock they have and i tried calling but sat on hold for a while.

Now I have to return that 16x sony I just bought an hour ago to staples. Sigh.

I just picked one up. Great find. Was a little sketched out by their statement about the California Tax Board allowing them to charge sales tax on shipping. Has anyone seen this anywhere else?

In fact, if you read about the Aopen drives, they are based upon Ricoh designs (with some changes). See, for instance, this thread and similar ones at cdr-labs.

$75 is too good to pass up. As you (may) know, I was going to get the Sony 16x10.
