PC Magazine's annual ratings of the best and worst are out. In the ISP category, an astounding record was set by AOL.
Readers are asked to rate their ISP in 11 areas, including:
I've been reading PC Magazine for years, and no one ever turned in this kind of record. AOL was rated "Significantly Worse than Average" in every single one of the 11 categories for Dial-up, and in 9 of 11 categories for Broadband.
Oh, and about 33% of the AOL customers who answered the survey chose "Reputation" as the reason they chose AOL. Where's the logic in that?
