AOL IM: Error Code 5. I cannot log on, but it shows I am online. What's wrong?

I can get onto my other screen names, but I can't get onto my main screen name. People have IMed the main screen name and have gotten an Error Code 5. What the hell can I do?

Don't call AOL. It is not supported software and it just wastes the techs time.
