yeah it's down. last time it was down changed it to login.icq.com and it worked. but i doesn't seem to be working at all this time.

EDIT: if you were connected before AIM died you'll still be on with no problem, except you can view any profiles.

use this program Trillian. it supports AIM, MSN, ICQ, IRC, etc. i can connect to all of the servers.
