Apparently some don't "word" properly, that is to say understanding what a word means and its proper usage.
Naturally, there was a coup in the correct sense of the word. Once we know commonplace words and their correct application then we proceed to the next basic thought process of justification. The word coup seems to be something people are still struggling with.

I think his supporters would be all over that for his third, fourth and fifth terms if he lives that long and then pass the Office to Jr.
Would there be a coup if that were to happen? I certainly hope so. What you never bothered to ask was the intelligent question instead of zooming in on the choice of words on the part of AOC, and that is if the coup was justified and if the results would likely lead to a better, worse or indifferent result?

I think I'll wait for more info on this one. Some outlets are saying the public made it clear they didn't want him to extend his term limit, but did so anyway by going to courts. Then the election took place, but results were "frozen" for 24 hrs, after which he came out with the 10%+ margin to get back into power. The outrage from that caused the military to intervene and ask him to go.
I'm really not sure what's the truth here.

This is just an example of people "thinking with their feels." He has a particular emotional association with "coup" that is incongruent with his feels on this particular coup.
