i just purchased this monitor since i am on a budget for a 1440p monitor. anyone think it will be a good monitor and not have any "bleeding" . is Aoc an ok brand? thanks

Yes it looks like a nice monitor and AOC, whilst a chinese "budget" bard, still make some nice stuff. They are not some bargain basement no-name company.

Every monitor is different with respect to IPS and backlight bleed. And it usually becomes worse with larger screens like this. I guess the best you can do is find a few reviews and see what they say...
