Anyway to make it so when you click a link that pops up in a new window (Like links here in this forum) firebird will open it in a new tab instead of a window?

Hold ctrl and click.

In mozilla go into preferences and go under navigator tabbed browsing. Check what options you like.

Spend $15 on a mouse or $30 on a trackball with a middle button.

You mean IE does it easier?! :D

There's more than one extention that will force single window usage (where any window that opens effectively gets drawn back in as a tab)

Ok, I'm retarded, where is about:config? Will this force any new window to open up as a tab inside Firebird?

type about:config into the address bar and press enter.

You can customize everything that is customizeable from that screen.

When did MS release an IE with tab browsing, let alone the feature you asked about?

Nice reply, I never heard that M$ IE has the tab browsing.

Middle mouse key is the easiest way to get it done.

type it into the URL bar, and a menu of all the alterable settings in firebird pop up. they are in alphabetical order, so you can get to the right setting easily enough.

Edit: Oh, and to change the value of a variable, you right click on it, select "modify," then type in the new value in the dialog that appears.

Hey I accidentally changed my network.cookie.p3p value. Can someone tell me what it is supposed to be?
