Anyway to fix this cold boot?

Whenever I shutdown my computer and leave it off for any amount of time, I will very often get a cold boot when i first try to turn it on. What happens is I can hear one long beep followed by two quick beeps and nothing will display on my moniter except blackness. What I have done in the past is just turned it off and back on again and it usually boots up properly, but it's getting to be very annoying now when it wont boot up the first time...anyone here know what the prob is?? my specs are:
Iwill KK266
Crucial 256mb
Nvidia Leadtek geforce 2 pro 32mb
Enlight case w/ 300w power supply
1.2 ghz athlon amd

If it has an Award BIOS, the beeps indicate a video error.

Beep Codes

obenton is correct. If possible, put in another video card and see if you get the same problem. Could be either the video card or the AGP slot itself.
