Anyway to change Windows XP color schemes to something new?

I can't believe M$ only gives us three choices with no options of adding on more. I can't stand the mucus green and the tella tubby blue, but the silver kind of gets boring after awhile and doesn't quite match the rest of my desktop. So is there anyway to get new schemes without third party applications that rape you up the wazoo like XP Style and so forth?

You can patch the uxtheme.dll and use Non-MS themes without having StyleXP.
