Anyway to backorder a domain name?

I remember seeing a site that you could order a currently taken domain name before it was released, and have it automatically grab it once it becomes available.

Anyone know?

Network Solutions does this. Just go search for a domain that is already taken and it will offer back-ordering as an option.
