Anything wrong w/ buying remanufactured ink cartridges?

I plan on buying the Lexmark 10N0016 Black Ink cartridge. I found it for about $20 w/ shipping but it is a recyled one. I plan on using refills for the rest of the time, but I need one cause lexmark is so cheap that they won't give you one to start with. So anyway, is this alright?

Refills really don't work that well. I however have had no problem with remanf cartridges for my HP, saves me about 30%. But refills....that's another story
