My friend wants to go to the beach. Other then that I don't really see there being anything else to do besides gambling. Trying to figure out if it's worth going to AC w/out gambling. Help me out please 😛.
 
Don't go to the beach in AC. AC is totally ghetto except for the casinos. If you want to hit the beaches head south a little to Ocean City. The only other thing in AC is hookers and blow.
 
Not really. They did turn the mall on the beach around though; it's got lots of luxury stores if you want to spend some money. Other than that, not a whole lot to do there.

I went there last November and we just gambled most of the time.
 
outside of the borgatta and 1 or 2 other casinos, there is really nothing to do in AC. We hit a strip club or two, but those were pretty ghetto
 
lots of outlet shops there. the beach is decent. there are clubs inside Tropicana, Trump, Caesars, and Borgata. There is an IMAX theater inside tropicana. there are lot of bars and restaurants inside the casinos. etc
 
The beach is NOT decent. It is disgusting. The entire length of the beach was nothing but broken shells. You could barely walk.

We went there last summer, with the thinking there WOULD be something to do, besides gamble. Let me tell you from recent, firsthand experience, there isn't.

We walked up and down the boardwalk a few times, spent a little money in the casinos, went to the outlets(there arent that many good ones, either), the mall, and that is it. There is a Ripley's Museum, we did not go in.

Plenty of good restaurants though...I will give it that. Pricey, but some good places to eat.

If you want to to go gamble, it's not too bad. If you want to go there for the beach, I suggest you go to a different beach.
 
the beaches in AC are terrible. go to ocean city instead.

oh yeah, there's a nice water fountain at the mall across from caesar's (i think?)
 
AC is terrible unless you want to gamble. If you want other stuff to do and a nicer beach go to Ocean City.
