Going on a ski trip in a few weeks to Killington, VT area. We'll have 3 nights of hotels and we'll have the first night to check out any eateries/bars around that area.

Any awesome suggestions? ;)

And no, night skiing is out of the question since there will be plenty of skiing already.

The entire Killington access road is nothing but bars and restaurants. Try The Wobbly Barn, The Pickle Barrel, Casey's Caboose and The Grist Mill

That covers most of it. There is a 50's diner place about half way up the road. Stop in there and get a screwdriver.

If I were by myself I surely would, then we'll just go over to techs and get both of our computers serviced!

It's good to know there are a number of bars and stuff around that area.

That sounds kind of kinky. Seriously though, you could just haul it to Burlington and enjoy what night-life there is there. Plenty of good restaurants and a few clubs. Also most of the colleges are on break so you won't be stuck with d-bag students everywhere.

seems like it'll be a good 70 miles away... if it's really awesome i'm afraid i'll have to make a detour!

Btw I'm traveling from NYC... so is there anything on the way as well? Albany?

It's been a long time since I've been up there but I remember there being a Roadkill/Exotic animal restaurant off the service road to the resort.
