Anything like DVD shrink for OSX?

My mom wanted me to copy some DVD's for her. Unfortunately she bought single sided DVD's. Is there a simple program like DVD shrink to let me help her?

Does DVDFab have a Mac version?

Edit: Is there a version of MakeMVK for that platform? You could then use HandBrake to shrink it, and then just write the MP4 file to the DVD. Some DVD standalone players can still play those files too.

iDVD could do this, but it no longer exists. I'm pretty sure Roxio Toast can do this too. Does it exist anymore?

Simple program, hmmmm, you mean easy-to-use DVD ripper? I rarely use DVD ripper on my Mac since I upgrade to rmbp 13'', but my cousin is the type of person who likes watching his DVD movies on mbp 15'' (bought in 2012, has a DVD drive!). As I known he is using WinX DVD Ripper for Mac (free version), and he is also none tech-savvy. So this freeware may be newbie-friendly for you mom IMO.
