Anything I should know before I switch PSU's?

I just picked up this a 500W ENERMAX PSU to replace a really crappy one I have right now.
Is there anything I should know before I put in the new one?

Not really except make sure all connections are tight when you get done with them. Of course, you want to verify is working properly before closing the unit. Always test the system while it's open and make sure the psu fan is running.
