May not exactly be a hot deal, but it may save many of you a lot of trouble

I recently got one of those coupons where you can send $30 and get $20 flooz from outpost.com. I sent the flooz, but somehow they messed up and it never sent. Not only that, but they charged my credit card two times for the $30, for a total of $60, when I didn't even get anything. Customer service was pretty helpful though, and said I should get a refund on my card in 48 hours, but never again, no matter how good the deal, will I ever buy flooz again.

(I also read somewhere where they did not send someone else's flooz just as in my occasion, so it is not just a one time occurrence)

Hey smitty we know how you feel and you're just trying to warn others(right?) but the people here are anal and they're going to just flame you for this because this isn't a hot deal. Anyway, to all other flamers, don't respond anymore than that way the thread just dies away. I'm gonna be repeating this over and over if you flame-happy idiots go crazy.

Not at all a flame, but flooz had been nothing but golden to me.

Overall, I've bought about a 100 bucks in flooz, and thru multiple deals involving flooz (i.e. send x get x, "sign up and get 50 flooz, etc) , i've gotten about 200 bucks for free.

That, combined with the fact that both outpost.com and barnesandnoble.com accept flooz has produced way too many hot deals for me to abandon my flooz now!

Also, for a fairly large company, their customer service has been incredible.

Just my thoughts, and maybe an anti-warning. Don't rule out flooz as the source of many hot deals just yet!

I want to add something in here too, before the thread dies. Flooz has been nothing but wonderful for me, and I rate Flooz as one of the best companies on internet. I have earned and received so many promotions through them, and they by far have the best customer service. I too received one of those send $30, receive $20 offer that was included with my Fogdog shipment, and I was able to redeem it without any hiccups. Why would your one-time mishap with Flooz be considered something serious that we should avoid the company? If anything, you probably clicked your browser button twice by accident that caused this. I'm not trying to flame you for this or anything. I just wanted to show my support for Flooz.

[edit] I missed the part on the bottom of your post, where it was not 'one-time occurence'. However, I still highly recommend Flooz.
