Anything cheaper+quieter+better than a stock?

I need a cheap heatsink + fan for socket 939 athlon 64.

It has to be as quiet and cool as a stock. It should also be not too expensive compared to a stock.

Should I just buy a stock? Is there anything else I can buy?

If you want a cheap underperforming and loud stock cooler, just post on the FS/FT forum, I'm sure someone has an extra lying around that they'll send to you for the price of shipping + 5 bucks or something like that.

If you want cooler and quieter, go for an XP-90 if you can find one for about $20.
