Anyone with vonage get so sick of their hardware? I love vonage voice quality. The people programming the firmware for their hardware do not know how to program cable routers correctly. The last update to their firmware i received they broke port forwarding. Yes it was not even flakey it just did not work. Reading on the vonage forums it was broke for EVERYONE. From what i understand linksys provides the hardware to vonage and vonage employees program the routers. I can't believe linksys would allow this unless vonage was required to provide some kind of quality assurance. With linksy splashed all over this router it could give people a bad impression of linksys. Well anyways i complained to vonage and they rollback my firware to the previous version. Even with this old version the router part is so flakey. I have to reboot this freakn router all the time. If connect to my pc a lot from work with RDC and when the router acts up i will keep getting disconnected. Also if im home yahoo messanger and msn messanger will continually disconnect. If i don't turn on utorrent i usually have to do this once a week. If i turn utorrent on usually every few days i have to unplug the router. I am getting very tired of this. I had an old linksys router (befsr11) that i never rebooted for an entire year and it never went flakey on me. I think im going to dump vonage just for this reason and no i don't blame it on linksys. Anyone else had frustration like this? Oh yes my vonage router is the rtp300.

This is what I do. 6 months later and all works flawlessly.

Why don't the people in the commercials pronounce this word properly? It should be pronounced [fohn]ige. I dont say, "hey, where is my [fawn]?"
