anyone with the leadtek winxp tuner. pls help

Can someone please post the settings, programs, codecs, ect they use to capture good quality 30 minute tv shows in the svcd format. I can't get it to work, because I believe svcd needs 480x480 and that is not selectable. If I have to capture uncompressed first and then convert later that is fine too, as long as it doesn't exceed 30 gigs. As for final size after converting, I would like it to fit on one cd for a 30 minute recording. Thanks in advance.
