I am with adelphia right now, but it is slowly changing to TW. the newsgroups service I get now is with giganews and a 5gb monthly cap. I don't "read" the much, so the cap is fine with me. giganews is awesome with 90-days retention, I hope they are not gonna change it.

how is the services with RR? retention? completion? monthly cap? filtering?
 
2 - 4 days for binaries 30+ days everything else. 2 gb/month lots of filtered groups.
