to me the psu fan is really quiet, ive had the case around a month. The system in general is really quiet. My msi 6800gt agp is what makes my system really noisy. Also I got my case from newegg and it was damaged a little bit, nothing really noticeable. if you live in SoCal, and close to walnut, get the case from mwave, they have a will call service which is really nice
