Anyone with gainward ti450 have fastwrites bios?

I have a Gainward Geforce Pro 450 and a Geforce2 Ti 500. I have two different motherboards (socket A) that support fastwrites. I was using the 8.03, and never could get fastwrites to work. I thought it was the Gainward cards, but upon finally giving in and updating to the 23.11, fastwrites work great. Also the older 8.03 limited my fsb speed to 150MHz or so, the high AGP bus would make my card lock up. Now with the 23.11 I am running a 167Mhz fsb rock solid.
