anyone with an ASRock MB that has XFast Charger - question?

I Googled this and can't find much, how much faster does this actually charge? It takes forever and a day to currently charge my EVO on on PC. I'm looking @ 2 ASRock z6 MB's one has this, one doesn't. I'm kind of curious how well it works. The 1 thing I did find on Google said it charges devices faster than a wall outlet, which doesn't sound right at all.
 
Well damn, this is what the online manual for the board I'm looking at says

I noticed the Apple or BC 1.1 standard devices only, I googled BC 1.1 and it doesn't look like my EVO's one of them 🙁 From reading about BC 1.1 and fast charging USB on XDA it appears it's not that great any ways, but I can't find any concrete numbers on the speed difference.
