I have a friend who was having her website rebuilt and girl working on it pulled out around 80% completion. My friend has all of the code that was written, and just needs someone to finish it up for her. I believe there's around $1000 budget to get it done. Thought of AT first...
 
I think it would help if you describe a little more. If it takes 1 month to complete I doubt anyone is interested for 1000$ if you see what I mean.
 
It would be finishing work that was done on http://www.creationsbyjulie.net - a complete re-write of the CMS and the site.

It's all custom - there's no "out of box" software. If I had to guess based on the remaining feature-set, I'd say there's about 20-30 hours of work left on it (I'm a full time sysadmin/DBA, but can generally gauge programming tasks).

If you're interested, I can shoot you a link to the dev site/code base so you can get a better idea...
 
do you have more information on the 'feature set' that is remaining? that site seems pretty functional just from browsing it.
