Our network uses systems management server 2.0, and the remote control tool has become essential to out techs. One bad thing is, due to proprietary software we still have many win95 clients. When remote controlling a remote mahcine, and an error is generated such as rundll32 or something like that, the user has an error box that pops up, but we don't see that when remoted in. ANyone have experience with this, and/or know how to fix this?
