I think ATOT is the last place I would check for a 'professional runner.'

I just wanted to see what you aim for.... I know they're lots of runners on here.

When I used to run to prepare for rugby seasons, I used both. My longest run was ~15K and I would time myself on it. When I started preparing, I would start with between 6K and 10K runs. When I got to 10K in around 40 minutes, I would up the distance. As long as I was constantly improving my time, then I was happy.

Why are you running? When you answer this, we will be able to answer your question more accurately.

I'm running just for an activity/keep the fat off. I usually am a tennis player at home... but right now I'm in florida and no ones around... so I'm trying to do what I can to not be lazy 😛
