I'm not sure what Donny is even trying to say here. Does he think Obama was secretly conspiring to help him win? Or is it a cry for help. "Why didn't you stop me? Thanks, Obama."

I thought the whole "Russia thing" was made up by the "Left" to excuse their historic loss to Boss Trump. So now he's saying there was a "Russia thing" after all?

Either Trump himself is braindead, or he is confident enough that his supporters are braindead enough not to put that piece of logic together. Probably it is both, they are one and the same.
